We offer off-site and in-house instrumentation servicing depending on your requirements and the equipment to be serviced.

Our services include:

• Warranty service
• Breakdown repairs
• Electrical testing: AS/NZS 3760:2010
• Fault diagnosis and repairs
• Preventative/routine maintenance

We also offer these services for out of warranty products. Contact us to find out more.

Book your service:

• Fill in the instrument service request form and send it to info@labsupply.co.nz 
• We will contact you with a service job number and estimated timelines. If you have requested an on-site service, we will be in touch to make arrangements.
• Decontaminate the instrument/s
• Send your instrument/s to us - use the address label in the service request form. Also include the signed decontamination form.
